"cRPG President" is just a lulzy custom title. chadz is still the real president, of course. I'm just Item Manager. Basically, I have to do all the work, while the nobility just sips some tea and decides whether my efforts have been in vain or not.

Any peasant could one day rise up to be come President. On the other hand, we Nobles have been chosen from birth by the Gods!

I believe it's supposed to represent a sort of checks and balances system where no one person can have too much power. Although there is actually some truth to these statements, I'm not exactly sure why the voting for this is up to the current item balance team, except maybe for quality control. Even then, I'm sure there's a better process we could use. Even without us voting on everything, as long as there were conversations being had about each item/set of items, I doubt overall quality would lessen with Zagibu as Item Manager.
