Armour penetration

Make new option. Cant penetrate armour and add it to all swords. -20% damage vs heavy armours.
Im sick already of thouse gayswords, with gay agiwhore patch everyone have 8+ athletics. backpedaling with thouse 2 meter range gayswords huging S button and thinks that they are so cool duelists. But then in mass battle: oh we need to nerf range because they killing me with one bolt or 2 arrows... ofc they are, because u dont heard about str and ironflesh.

I don t even expect that ppl will agree with me, because gayswords is most popular weapons. So if u think im surprised, of such coments then ure not very smart.

I sympathize with your anti-sword feelings, but sadly stabbing is the best way to penetrate armor.  Adding a patch that nerfs sword swings would only encourage people to use the gayest of swords (espada, long espada, side sword, etc) A.K.A the swords with high stab damage.  Personally, I wish 1h stab would be reverted to how it used to be; it might encourage people to start using axes, maces, hammers and picks like they used to.

As a fellow archer, I couldn't agree more with the 2nd part of your post.  People seem to forget that there is something called "shield skill" and that shields are effective at blocking arrows.

Increase 2h/pole weapon weigth OR increase the influence of Weapon length onto movement speed?

The longer AND the faster a weapon is, the less movement speed for the player, you perhaps shouldnt have it all.

I always thought you should be able to hold a weapon primed and move as fast as someone can backpedal.  Or hold a shield up and move as fast as someone can backpedal. 

I'm not suggesting we make people move faster when holding a weapon chambered, or when blocking with a shield.  It could either be that, or just slow down the movement speed when people are moving backwards.

Backpedaling also increases server lag, because the CPU has to move the world in another direction. Maybe we should remove it completely. Or make the player lose health when he backpedals and heal him when he moves forward.
