I'm usually full of sarcastic "roleplay," or express myself through shitposting, but tonight I'm, uh, shitfaced...and feeling genuine.
For the Makers and Gods: cRPG is a fucking outstanding mod, and has entertained me for several years. I mean, shit, most of my friends haven't accomplished that much. Strategus, in particular, with its emphasis on inter-personal and factional drama, has been hilarious, super-serious, ridiculous, and generally fun. No other video game or online community has entertained me for so long and to such an extent.
For my fellow Nerds: Thanks for a year of shit-talking, drama, virtual violence, and hilarity. cRPG is what it is because a bunch of autists like myself get together and, like a dysfunctional family gathering around a Monopoly board, play. It's great; we all play with the fervor of big drunk, retarded children. It's fucking funny and, amazingly, super-serious at the same time. That impossible synthesis of "no fucks given" and "all fucks given" is what makes this terrible mod so outstanding in the first place. And, I just peed myself, because this post took too long and I just couldn't get to the bathroom.
