Chechnya declared independence after collapse of the Soviet Union and was in return bombed to pieces by Russia. So you're wrong. The Russians were the first to bomb and almost leveled Grozny to the ground. The war atrocities in Chechnya aren't news or something secret but a well known fact - before any Terrorist attempts happened.

And secondly the woman is from Dagestan and not Chechnya.

You`re wrong, the conflict between Russians and Chechens go 200 or more years ago, but the biggest incident happened when the  Chechens revolted against the Russians, when the Nazees were attacking Russia, after that the Chechens got mass deported from Russia to Asia.

When Chechens declared independancy in 1991, a lot of Ukranians, Russians , Armenians and Georgians were being excecuted just because they werent muslim chechens, and yes chechens are terrorists , not because they are muslims, but because they cooporate with Al Qaeda and other muslim terrorist Groups, and please dont start the crap that they fight for their freedom, because the Kurds are fighting for their freedoms aswell, but they never cooporated with the Al Qaeda, quite the opposite they kill them.
