As i know teams are balancing by points that every person have. but it works bad because of folowing thing: its doesent have difference wich class do u have. So what do we have becouse of it? unbalanced team for example team have some top ranged, but have no good infatery = auto loose, or one team have all the cavalery etc. You can see such picture every day on EU1...
I sugest to make 3 balancing points instead of one. Range , cav and infantry.
