Well done both to Atze and Intermezzo aswell, even though they are 2handers, I have tons of respect for them!

Sure, Atze had the level advantage, but no one is to blame, he spent time grinding that character up, and now his spent time is finally paying up.

I don`t get you people, if I had organized a only STF characters non loomed tournament, most of you, you`d bitch because you wouldnt be able to use your high level fully loomed characters.

I organize a tour, with a total freedom of gear and leveled characters, and you still complain.

Sure, you and corsair may think that high leveled characters and looms are only to roam EU1 and dominate new players, BUT there are some people out there who want to use that stuff in occasions like this.

Nice job on the tournament Panos, duelling is still for my old friends but I actually had some fun. Too bad so much good players dropped for one reason or another, but Atze trunched through a tough bracket and his win is well deserved, congratulations. Just please contact Kpu at some point and have a little friendly first to 7 will you and tell us the result 

Yeah same here, also I was expecting that people like Gurni, Muffin and GTX would participate aswell, but I guess its easier making excuses 

Just so you know (Not sure if Panos mentioned it already), next tournament will get the first three a place as a bot in dtv. Winner will get a whole wave of his own. I really hope you guys will continue to make these lovely tournaments even in the case of panos not organizing them anymore.^^

I am just afraid 2big prizes may grow unhealthy attitude. Why not make more tournaments with medium prizes instead of barely few tournaments with insane ones?

If it looked like I wrote negatively about your tournament or rules in my post then I'm sorry, it was never my intention. You invested a lot of time in making a good tournament, something which is needed in this community. I had fun watching a couple of the duels as well.

Still, my personal preference is still there. I didn't join this duel tournament because fighting ton of armour is tedious, and that to me is no fun, which was basically what I wrote in my previous post. I wouldn't ask for anyone else to change their armour, builds or whatever to fit my own definition of fun, but I won't do anything I don't personally like either.

Well i have not seen any fights at all nearly, basicly only watched the final. It just seems that the duels was not too long tbh, the Atze vs Emcure duels was actually decently short, in my opinion.

And nice tournament, Panos. Participating as fighter was pointless for me but I actually enjoyed being referee on a few duels and watch more experienced fighters go at it. It would be nice to get a tournament scene going besides Strategus...

One thing for the next time: strict and binding time slots of max 3 days per bracket without any option of excuses. I think that this has to be very strict to keep the whole process flowing and the interest high. Other than that I had my share of fun, even if only as ref.

While the amount may be discussable BEFORE the tournament starts, this. No matter what, it should happen. Also there should be a second in command (maybe a lead ref) who can take decisions in case the tournament organiser has to be afk for whatever reason, so that this does not happen, since in this case we did not manage to continue it.

Also, thanks Panos for organizing this, it was a pretty good event.
