Good fights :)

I fought my duel with Heretics hugtang....   There weren't any refs on so we had a gentlemens agreement that whoever lost would simply withdrawal from the tourny.  I lost.  Therefore I am withdrawing and Hugtang should be advanced to the next round.

Congratulations on your victory.  Best of luck in the tourny.

I was observing the duel Tor vs Kpu : they were able to block everything (except very rare mistakes), even chambers or complex combo. They were both as agile and fast on their feet.

Tor could use his small reach advantage a few times and scored 3-4 good hits this way. He also stunned Kpu's weapon + follow-up once or twice. But he couldnt exploit it enough to win.
Kpu used his small speed advantage in a contradictory manner : instead of spamming to win, most of his successful hits were held chamberblocks and dragged overhead strikes. Held attacks + hit on the head = very good damage.

Kpu managed to hit Tor 2x more than Tor did Kpu with those "special" moves, it was enough to kill or wound him gravely to then finish him.

This duel lacked kicks, nudges, jumps and 360°, but it was an incredible show of chambering and blocking reflexes. Most rounds lasted a minimum of 2 minutes with at least half a dozen chambers each.
