Quite honestly, I'd say odds are 60% in favour of Kpu, but Tor has winner mentality and Kpu has a very monotone playstyle. I'm pretty sure Tor's gonna win if he's in shape, but this is what I'm concerned about.

It's gonna be very interesting since both of them have a very aggresive playstyle imo, though KpuBo has better defense but Tor deals more damage ( since it'll prob be GLA versus Miaodao or LS)
