1 wpf after wpf reset?

so on site and in game I have 1 wpf after reset.  but it feels no different from before.  did it effectively get reset or only on paper/the numbers?

cuase,  ill fuckin respec and go 0 wm if this is how 1 wpf feels like.

In any case, wpf reduces the chance of repairs. Don't go without it mate :P
