Make an Anti-ranged armor

Create a special armor that reduces all ranged damage to 1 point with no stun (0 if it would normally do 0), but acts like a tunic vs melee weapons. (Armour 7)

Make it expensive.

That avoids the whole buff shields issue.

All plate and partial plate should be anti-ranged in a way that would have a big chance of glancing even bodkin arrows. The best plate set should have like a 50% chance of glancing arrows from a longbow + bodkins.
