I think when it comes to playing cRPG it would be more handier to have at least a game admin on a full server all the time as so many people troll aka Team kill and team hit.

It would also be really nice if we could get some think like all the people that want to play the game with out trolls if we could get a admin on for like a Professional Event every now and then i think that would improve everything and make it a little more fun for all the people that want to make it far.

If you would like to do this why not leave a message and see if the Admins would agree and if you people out there will too.

Yes, admins should have to admin for full 8 hour shifts, but not get paid.  There should be at least 3 admins on daily rotation.

It's a pain to do but if there's a handful of players repeatedly teamhitting or whatever you can screenshot them over the course of a week and post a ban thread that is pretty much ensured to go through. Even if they don't learn their lesson they will get a longer rap sheet which leads to longer bans and even essay/perma bans if they are truly ruining the game for others.

Don't use this method to punish people who make an honest mistake now and then. You'll end up branded as the boy who cried wolf.

NA is fairly well regulated, but could be better. There are some game modes that need more attention from different admins, instead of an admin exclusively just spending their time in one game mode. I think we should bar admins from Strat fights unless they're spectating so they can focus on doing their real job in NA_1, 2, and whatever DTV is titled as.

Kinda, yes. Then again, we don't really have much problem with trolling and shit. Besides, having a professional admin overseeing a server with 15 people online, in the middle of the night sounds kinda weird. The current slaves admins we have are doing great job already, and it's quite easy to get an admin online anytime by using IRC, incase there is some fucktard going full retard on the server.

If I understood it right, your community could provide us a server with professional admins? The problem is that the current playerbase can't full more than 1 battle server + siege server per continent. And someone else hosting would probably cause problems with patching servers etc. If you really want to help cRPG, you can always donate

I dont really see the massive teamkill and teamhitwave you so claim, that would require 24/7 adminwatch. For 20 rounds or so you maybe get like 1 case and even then its just some newmy old friend trying to get attention and getting his/her ass banned for life or clanmates just teasing eachother ingame. Other teamkills and teamhits are accidental. The reportsystem is a quite nice touch, it wont keep trolls away, but it keeps the descent players in line, reminding them to be careful.

So uh whats the pay going to be for non-fun-haver spectator admins working 8 hour shifts? Since that is 8 hours a real person could be spending working an actual job or sleeping or maybe even interacting with other humans in real life...

8 hours worth of experience at x2? That's below average compared to playing on a server with 2 equal teams fighting.

Loom points? I've heard people say that +3 items are sold for less than the amount of money you'd make working 8 hours at minimum wage.

...I think I'd rather flip burgers than perform strict admin duty as a spectator for 8 hours.

Wait, you would not even be able play? No compensation would be large enough. If they ever tried to make me monitor this game without actually playing my letter of resignation would be in by the next day.
