Fenris will take lead in planning and diplomacy, whoever joins will have a place in the roster, any ressources you bring with you or do aquire while you are part of "Collective Wrath" can and will be ordered to be redistributed to fullfill the goals of the coallition,
anyone who helps can negotiate terms additional to what has been written sofar, like what needs to be achieved so their help has not to be only for friendship or fun or xp.
This Coallition would be dismantled, when it would have gained 14 fiefs. 7 fiefs of those going to Fenris, 7 splitted between all those who helped. The Collective Wrath members after dismantling would have a Defense Pact using then their own colors again.
Any treaties accepted by Collectiv Wrath, in the case of a dismantling will be taken over by any participant for a time of a month afterwards, as base for their own diplomacy. That is to secure stability inbetween us and our partners outside of Collectiv Wrath.
The goals are aimed high, still reachable. As always patience is the key.
Diplomatic Categories and Definitions:- War ( the last tool of diplomacy, the first rule to superiority )
- Hostile Your actions have shown your intentions. If you don't want to have a war in the future you better get on our good side
- Cease Fire ( There had bean war and hostilities, since then there is not really peace )
- Unsure Everyone who has not yet a relation or somehow disturbed the a neutral or friendly relation, isn't neutral but has the default "unsure" out of my position. Unsure, cease fire and hostile are the only relations where attacks would be made without a declaration of war.
- Neutrality - Peace ( the state of tranquility, balance and stability, presses to compromise ), If we had talks and come to the agreement that we are neutral to each other and we would want to attack you, you will get a declaration of war before the first attack
- None Aggression Pact - NAP ( enough bloodshed, there shall not die another soul ), if we would want to break this treaty and also go to war with you, you get a 3 days warning, only if you would start hostilities within this time we too would attack sooner.
- Free Trade, cooperating to increase both sides economy without expanding the realm into each others terretory. If you don't have this your caravans will be attacked, a NAP doesn't count there as you are bringing troops for whatever reasons to our lands. Travelers without clan affiliation have this with a troop count equals or below 100 or in a number count personally agreed on. If we would find out the traveler is a proxy a spy, we will show no mercy.
- Coalition - Contract ( a common target/operational goal, further bounds need to be agreed on collectivly ), this and the following treaties allow military presence and free passage for them.
- Defense Pact (if attacked without first aggression, we come to aid in each others darkest hour, if Partner attacks on his own, the others need not to join in and need not to help if it all goes wrong for the aggressor)
- Alliance (Same as the Defense Pact, only that the members which are allied act in sync through a council, every faction with 2 votes, either by Leader or Leader and Diplomat. At a draw, the monthly circulating position of Head of Council, gets a third vote). Basicly your enemy will be our enemy and vice versa.
- Vassal and Protector - Vassalage ( we die for each other ) I take offence to the title "Master", as a Vassal would do, as they are the closest to the own blood.
Implied Relations & consequences:
- The stated types of relations, build up on each other, f.e. Free Trade Includes NAP as does DP, Alliance and Vassalage.
- If our allies are allied to a third faction, then that does not include we are in the same bond to the third faction, but it is likely that we grant automaticly NAP for the third party. Therefor any possible new ally of an existing ally should be proper introduced.
- Vassals will have no vote on Diplomacy, you can talk and reason with your Protector but the final word has the Protector.
