do some training or something else physically exhausting during the day, you´ll sleep better. If I´m working on the pc the whole day, I´m exhausted, but not tired. You gotta do some sports or stuff to actually get tired, otherwise falling asleep will get hard :I
And insomnia is some bullshit, fucks up the whole next day
And if you can´t sleep cause you´re bading for hours: don´t bade for hours
