Well I am joking, but since you probably won't find my remark from above funny it's just the proof that you're not really Slavic, just carry Slavic heritage in your blood.
You see, Slavic people around the world usually live in hard conditions and have a bit twisted view on things. And dark humor is a trait of typical person of Slavic heritage. But there's also something that Slavs posses, and that's big heart and hospitality. Members from other nation often project different personality traits, they are more closed, a bit shy, different. Slavs are open, straight to the point, often not polite, like humor, like to tease each other, like to drink, smoke, fight, piss on streets.
Believe it or not, I'm your typical Slav, just like Varadin. Just like those russians who closed their fun side to members of other nations. And that's why I'm sad. Likes of Logen and enigmatic aren't enough, we need other Russian member of this community to open up and show somewhat twisted but undoubtedly interesting and funny side.
About fucked up. Do you know what would be really fucked up. If I ask you in a PM for your surname and someone it happens that my father knows your father. World is a smaller place than you think and there wasn't that many refugees who went from Bosnia to Canada as people believe.
