The Ravens are undoubtedly the friendliest players in my opinion, but FIDLGB comes pretty close, I'd say that they're even tied.

Least friendliest would have to be that Sparvico guy's clan, solely because he's in it.

There us Templols: anyone is welcome, we share looms and gold with everyone, never say no to helping a new player. Sometimes all of us in Templar complain about players who do all they can to win at the expense of everyone else's fun/breaking animations/exploiting bugs/ganking peasant, but that is because we believe in fair play and fun for all.

Ye, Templars are kinda ok. There are lots of nice clans in EU, that's why quite a lot of players have a really rich clan history.
