Did you try like... ACCESSING those funds?  You know... USING them? Because from what I read - several of the biggest banks "had technical problems with banking websites" and/or imposed severe limitations... 

Next thing you know - you get cut off from swift and then all you CAN do is take a tank for vacations into EU to get your cash...

euro is a fail (though not so big as the ruble ), go for swiss franc instead.
