One day with no range on NA1 :D

I feel like it would be awesome if we could just have 1 day with no range, or even like 4-5 hours in prime time. Just 1 day!!!!!! And if you are range make a stf. It would just be so cool to see how it would be.

There's a reason you don't control the servers.

Excluding a large portion of the playerbase for a day because some people don't like xbows and bows in a medieval game isn't cool.

I'd love to have a day where the most annoying shit doesn't kill me in NA1:

- No two-hand kings
- No cav
- No cav archers
- No shielders
- No excessively good sniper ranged, ie. Phantasmal, Desire, Segd, Palatro, etc. There's at least 15 more whose names I can't remember due to the blinding rage building from within.
- No agi crutches (that is, no builds with more than 15 agility)
- No str crutches (that is, no builds with more than 12 strength)
- Polearms can stay unless you're only using the blunt side of a bec ^{looking at you, Gallonigher}

This is the day I may finally go 1:1 in battle.

I've never understood the hatred for ranged.  They've been nerfed more than any other class.  They were NEARLY nerfed out of existence on NA1. 

If you die from ranged it's not their fault its your fault lol.  Ranged forces the melee to fight smart.  When they nerfed it so badly that a heavily armored 2h could charge an archer on level ground with nothing to fear the game went downhill.  Oh sure.... the melee were happy.  I think the default mode of most players is to blindly charge without any sense of tactics or strategy.  Effective Ranged FORCES melee to take them into account.  Remove all ranged from the game and you will have 2 big blobs of melee blindly charging each other and the game will quickly become boring.  All positioning and tactics would go out the window.  Maps will be less about strategic positioning and more about cosmetic features.

The melee only server consisted of the extremely good melee players destroying everyone because there was no ranged to take them out. You can either get owned by ranged and put it to "how gay" or get owned by the elite and chalk it up to "lack of skill". Sadly, ranged does the dirty work of softening or eliminating hard targets without getting any credit for it.
