As title says my +3 Miaodao shows up as balanced or +2 in game

Do you have enough money to repair it? :)
Because if your item gets broke and you do not have enough money its heirloom lvl will decrease.
But it is not a big problem. You can simply repair it on the website in yur inventory :)
