equipment gelitch

sometime in strategus battle I cannot use all of these upgraded equipment.
I dont know why but I cannot put them into my slots
you guys need to fix this because this is not the first time I met
really piss me off

right after you join eu3/na3 you gotta check if there is a heap of red text appearing (happens a lot more frequent on na3)

if you see no red text (one "blah is missing LOD" is alright) then you are good

but if you see a big blob of red messages then just rejoin the server and you will be able to use all the equipment you can equip (providing no bunch of red text appears after rejoining)

I tried to rejoin and even restarted the game but it doesnt work.
It seems like whole side of players all got the equipment glitch. The whole strategue battle none of defenders could equip ladders and Arbalests but there were 1200 Arbs and couple of hundreds ladders. Also Masterwork steel bolts are glitched too.
Seriously you guys need to fix this glitch because it only happened on Strategus battle and when it happened I could not even play.
