I have to say that the main plot looks kinda stupid. It pretty much introduces me to all factions and sends me to do their quests. I explored the world till I was lvl 20 and just now decided to go forwards with the main plot. Turned out most of the cool stuff I've found so far I would have run into anyway by just doing the main storyline. The freedom of exploring stuff kinda feels useless now  :rolleyes:

Edit: Okay, gotta take that back. The game gives me 100% freedom to decide how the game ends, that's why it kicks me to all directions.

Don't be afraid of starting the DLCs before progressing too far in the main quests, they are arguably the best part of the game.

Who even cares about fallout 4? 1,2 and tactics are on sale in a bundle now on steam. Didnt even know they were on steam, guessing they have been added recently.

There's a reason people called it "The Elder Scrolls : Fallout 3" even the mechanics are the same (explore wasteland with a big ass compass that tells you where to go, enter dungeon, clear dungeon, loot dungeon, go to city, sell stuff, repeat)

In NV there's a nuclear fall out area that I went to earlier in the game with ghouls there, and they destroyed my face no matter what I did.  Just ended up avoiding the area (it was in the South/South East part of the map if I recall)

Yeah, that's Searchlight, there's plenty of other places than Vault 34 to find ghouls, most of the Mojave border areas contain both ghouls, super mutants and deathjaws I mean deathclaws. Also, a lot of them in the DLCs.

Bethesda bought the lincense to make a series of games in the Fallout franchise; F4 is in the making official announcements yet or not.
