3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: 6:16pm (PST) on the server NA7 (possibly a bit earlier at 6:14-6:15pm)
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.: Clockworkkiller_777 wanted to skip the map in DTV by killing the viscount. I said no, and expressed my opinion that it was a good map. He then decided to TK me by hitting me 7 times in a row on purpose with no enemies around. Upon respawning during the next round I told him I was putting up a banthread for that, to which he replied simply: "No".
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.: Because I disagreed with him over the quality of the map and disagreed with him over skipping it by intentionally killing the viscount.

I provided a screenshot with many of the names of players who were playing. RD_Ultimastet said he saw what happened when I inquired about any witnesses.
