Are high wpf builds truly effective? Do they do some damage at all? My armor seemed to stop some of the hits from high agi players as far as I can tell. When they scored a succesful hit, they did only 10% damage or so while I could sweep them down most of them in 2 strikes (potentially 1-hit-ko with a knockdown weapon). I'm not even a STR whore, just the usual 21/21 build.
