Hahah. "Aeschines names with approval a number of handsome young men who have attracted lovers. This, he implies, is entirely acceptable."

Edit: It doesn't actually seem like there were any laws against it. The guy he is speaking against was a gay prostitute, and the only thing that Aeschines is trying to achieve is to make his statement void in court because he was a prostitute. Not because he is gay, nor is there obviously any law against homosexuality, or the worst of it wouldn't be "you can't speak before public bodies."
