Update fail

Hi forum, I didn't play for some days and can't update now with launcher. I tried the repair button, but it failed also.. Maybe it has something to do with the heirloom package or that i don't use WSE2? Someone said I should delete filelist.txt, and I did, but with no effect. This is the log:

Btw: I can play, but the first time I spawned, I spawned TWICE^^

dowland new launcher or if it's not been online for a wait at that time, and while you can play without updating
