I had the same issue. I used the non-steam version of the game. When I tried the steam version it works, non-steam still doesnt

Much quicker solution to this problem (than downloading whole module again) is to go to "X:\Mount & Blade Warband\Modules\cRPG", delete "filelist.txt" file, and then in the launcher tick "repair" button. It will skip downloading unnecessarily files this way.

Would be good if the solution were stickied.  I remember that happening only once for an issue, and I can't even remember the issue.
