Please add secondary throwing mode for all axes

I think most of us agree that axes are underutilized and badly need some sort of buff.  I say we add a throwing mode to all of them.  Even long axes and long war axe.  It would be even better if there was a new throwing animation for the longer ones.  Kind of like the giant swing wrestling mode, a side swing hurl, if you would.  Full 360 spin is optional.

Althou it would be fun and funny. It would suck for everyone. Crap id be a dedicated agithrower. Id just run around in the battlefield, loot every axe I see and make random lucky throws cause ammo is just lying all over the place isnt it.

Awesome thread, I truly rofled when I read this :mrgreen: Imagine when a mighty long war axe flies towards you - fuuuck^^
But seriously, throwing polearm axes or 2h axes would be a bit exaggerated in my opinion, throwing 1h axes would be awesome.
Of course, there should be about 3 throwing requirement and both missile speed and "get ready to throw"-speed should be low, but the damage quite high..

-Make all builds capable of taking throwing weapons
-Make all classes capable of taking shields
-Make my GLB throw 70c and capable of hitting several archers players at the same time

It would be really interesting if the axes spinned sideways, and curved in the spindirection.
Makes for some whacky throwing.

Prob impossible or very hard to implement.

Same as I miss lobbing, high arching throws. It is doable longrange with rappy accuracy, but at close-medium distances it is almost impossible.
