looks to me like this guy spawned in, got punched around by a friendly (not that unusual), nudged back a few times, then he teamkilled him without even asking him to stop, or reporting.
then makes a ban thred when he revenge teamkills? i bet he would have stopped if he'd reported.

i say ban both

and as for your "terms of use". thats not how this game works, u dont make the rules, apparently u just break them.
