If a tree falls in the forest and nobody is there to hear it, does it fall?
Meaning lies as much
in the mind of the reader
as in the Haiku.

If a tree falls, does it truly fall?
When you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back.

No but seriously, stay on topic. Bjord believes this to be a serious philosophical question that there is no right answer to. Is there?

How does hearing a tree fall determine if it really fell?

How does hearing a tree fall determine if it really fell?

I mixed up the standard philosophy 101 question, meant to be "If a tree falls in the forest and nobody is there to hear it, does it make a sound?"

bjord are you taking any medicine? im thinking Concerta, Ritalin or similar?

Wise Prophet Nessaj linked me this video, which according to, ADHD is not an "epidemic" and in most likeliness does not even exist. Even the man who "invented" ADHD admitted in his death bed that it was made up condition.

Sources: RSA Animate - Changing Educational Paradigms
Inventor of ADHD's Deathbed Confession: "ADHD is a Fictitious Disease"

I, much like many other people allegedly with "ADHD" are among the 3-5% in the world whom simply have not have not had sufficient education quality and/or sufficient adaptational approaches. Every individual is unique, it makes no sense to put everyone through the exact same method. Even if you call it "survival of the fittest", why would you want people to fail their education? Everyone is benefitted from overall higher education levels, everyone except some people or course, which the video I linked will address . Even if you find yourself sceptical, it is a very interesting video, worth 11 minutes of your attention.

I also had trouble believing all of it at first, but it made more and more sense as I went through my childhood memories.
