According to that my wpf in both throwing and polearms will be 22  :?. I guess that's the price to pay for being a hybrid...

Throwing lances are not good for supporting. Pick war darts or darts. Both will do. I remember borrowing +3 darts from cora. Jolly good times those were! Jolly good times!
