HACKED? wat?

I've just noticed that Kulin_ban's account is a 'guest' and some of his topics like this one http://forum.melee.org/suggestions-corner/remove-reloading-xbows-from-horseback/ have their title and text of 1st Kulin's post changed. The rest of his posts in that topic seem to got removed.

Now I wonder what happened there  : Does anyone know what happened to Kulin?

I heard that all his posts were edited from his own account, and by the looks of the timestamps of the edits it was done manually. So whether it was Kulin who did it or some mysterious hacker, he has a lot of time on his hands and is a weirdo.

Now that I've been looking for Kulin's posts, all of those that aren't 1st topics' posts got deleted. Forum users can't delete their posts, can they?

They probably disappeared after the forum account was deleted. Makes sense that topic starting posts are kept...

Didn't know deleting forum account deletes posts as well. Is it possible that after deleting forum account the 1st posts got changed  by themselves?

I have seen his posts shortly after it happened, there was a topic about it, all of his posts still existed and all of them were edited in this way. I was curious and checked two far apart posts and there was like 6 hours of time inbetween the time stamps of the edit. I believe cmp checked and said that all the edits were made from his account. I'd say he literally manually edited over a 1000 posts as some kind of weird attention seeking endeavor, who knows. His account wasn't deleted then, guess that happened later.

A lot of post editing work wasted since all he had to really edit was the topic starters .

In 6 hours! Huh, I guess that in that time you could be able to learn how to make a script to do the same task, cook lunch, eat lunch, drink coffee and lean back to watch the script do the editing... But who am I to judge...

You can't delete your posts from most parts of the forums, but like what's his face speculated, when you delete your account your posts must also get deleted (eventually?).  It would make sense that topics you start wouldn't get deleted (or no topic would exist). 

My guess is that his account was hacked some how (aka weak password, or using same password as some other website).

Not sure why someone would care about someone else's forum account, but the internet is serious bidness sometimes.
