Bump, I recently got this game and it's amazing. So much more than it looks like at first glimpse.

The latest update brings super huge worlds and exploration (basically infinite procedurally generated asteroids and NPCs).

Features
- super-large worlds – increased the size of the world to 1,000,000,000 km in diameter (equals to 6.6 AU)
- procedural asteroids  - adds an infinite number of asteroids to the game world (dedicated servers settings: value for asteroid field density should be between 0 and 1)
- exploration - adds an infinite number of ships and stations to the game world; discover, explore, acquire and conquer!

With programmable blocks now the possibilities have gone quite crazy.

Is there some extremely low graphics config available for this game? Have the money to buy it on Steam but don't have the proper PC to run it...

Probably is, but in the end I think this game is way more CPU intensive than GPU.

Can I program a block so that it creates other programmable blocks with programs on them?

You could do that with programmed blueprints maybe

Don't play SE, just watched the video, but shouldn't it be possible if there was a constructor block that can also receive input?
