In response to this aggression by Iraq HoC, the NATO Raven-Dracul Alliance is mobilizing our Air, Sea, and Ground forces to the region. We will not allow Saddam Hussein Bonesaw to brutalize our neighbors in such a manner.

I, George H. W. Bush Relit, the strategus leader of Raven, am empowering Norman Schwarzkopf Artyem of Dracul to lead our coalition forces into the Persian Gulf Halmar region to stop this tyrannical threat. Under the guidance of Dick Cheney Deltah, the Secretary of Defense second in command of all Raven-Dracul forces, who will be overseeing the entire operation from the Pentagon New Yruma Castle.

It is in the interest of oil peace and prosperity, that we march to the aid of the Kuwaiti CHAOS people.

Technically we are still at war with HoC from our previous tussle. They never approached us to apologize about declaring war on us thereby breaking several agreements we had in place. Until then, the war continues.

Today NATO Raven-Dracul Coalition forces have begun work on Operation Desert Shield Grassland Wall, and are currently establishing a defensive line with the aid of Saudi Arabia Frisia while they prepare for offensive operations against the Iraqi HoC threat.

I commend HoC for attacking, but I regret that they did not attack us before going after CHAOS. CHAOS is not active on the Strategus map as far as I can tell.

It will be interesting to see how TEE KAY OH VEE responds to this. Not sure what their relationship is with the Hounds at this moment.

Honestly if you guys wanted to really apologize you could try harder than that. We were on good terms til yall stabbed us in the back and betrayed every agreement we had on the whim of Bonesaw.

Contact our leadership with a serious diplomatic overture and we might actually consider it. One word replies, considering the level of disrespect yall showed us, is a little torpid.

Edit for those not in the know: HoC and Raven had official and unofficial trade and passage agreements in place before Bonesaw decided to insult our members, then our leadership personally, then decided to arbitrarily end the agreements. Then declare war on us. I caution any faction from dealing with them as they have publicly proven themselves to be untrustworthy and unwilling to honor their agreements.
