Also what happened before and after: So I was in DTV (na_7) and we just started the next round of bots when I saw a shield on the ground with no one arround it at the time It was laying between me and the other member of my clan away from spawn, I brought two and dropped one for him so I pick it up to use it during the round to protect myself from ranged Exactly why I brought it and these 2 retards uncalled for just start swinging on purpose because I apparently stole their shield before the round. They started hitting me and eventually said give it back Before the round started which I then knew they wanted it but they kept on going instead of waitting for me to drop it they just tked me, we did wait, there is a pause in the log being complete assholes I'l give you that one. The second screenshot was at the next round where he didn't directly killed me but voluntarely swung at me with his hammer knocking me down so the bot could kill me. There was only a bot arround and i was facing it and he just came in my back not even aiming for the bot. He didn't even say sorry. This is not true we were all fighting towards the same cause and accidents happen. We got overwhelmed and lost the round. I may have hit him or glanced him on accident I don't remember.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. How would I know, It's not persistent world, you can't just tk people because they took something that was apparently yours. And you can't steal either

Tell me all those wounded by teammates were us beating you to the ground, im 28/12 with a great maul. You'd be dead long before all those came through. The screenshots support his claims and my rebut.
I agree that a ban was in order my teammate and I. I don't agree with the story told. I've never been banned before (that I know of) and have been playing for a long time. That character is lvl 32. If something were to ever come up in the future I don't want lengthy bans from some bullshit ban history. What I did was wrong and I got what I deserved and am sorry for that, but what he did was inconsiderate. I don't wish him any punishment as I avoid him servers now, I just wish this to be on the record if any future reference is ever needed.
