For the love of god, please reduce night time maps, this darkness is so annoying. I dont care about rain, not much about fog but night time is simply terrible.

Night time and rain don't have any purpose. Night time makes it just harder and more exhausting to see anything and rain punishes everyone who is not going on the strength side of character building. Both are idiotic features! Remove them.

I assume you know about turning on HDR at least to Low, then tick Auto Exposure. Makes it a bit brighter. Still a pain to play like that, especially when some people see much better than others depending on their monitor
If you have ranged troubles use this:

It just doesn't make sense that I need to change my settings in such a drastic way to just see properly.

I know about it. I use it but it's still annoying.

Rain lowers projectile damage which is a cool thing.

We need this in game. No rain-caused movement penalty.

I have never had a problem with darkness ever, guess everything depends on your monitor. It's basically almost as light as day for me. That said, I don't see the point in any weather effects. Clear sky and sun is the only circumstances where the game can actually look nice and nobody hates sunny weather so why not 24/7 sun?

My POV:

I love fog
I don't care about rain
Night annoys when you can't see anything

Maybe you just play in wrong hours? Because it's more day than night for me when I play.

Fog is nice from time to time
Night is useless
I would love my games to be rainless
