Hi guys,

i dont know, if its a bug, but its a big problem for myself.

Every battle i have damaged items, and repair all is so expensive.

Have anybody some idea, how to solve this problem?

Thanks

Use less expensive items, and get higher proficiency for the weapon(s) you are using.

Use mid range stuff, tbh using an armor with more than 45-50 stats is useless if you re not a STR crutcher or a rich man.Do not use super expensive stuff

I believe you are new to the game so you are generation 1 and didnt retire yet right?

If yes, some infos for you:

Until you reach level 25 for the first time in the game, you do not have to repair any of your items. BUT when you have reached level 25, you will repair alomst every round at least 1 item.
If you are using a bow, crossbow or throwing weapon, the percentage of possible upkeep will increase, when you do not have alot of Weapon points in the fitting types of wpf.

As you are a beginner, I would rather take more cheap weapons and armor instead of very expensive ones.

Thanks guys,

yes, I am a generation 1.

so, if i will have a lot of Weapon points, I´ll dont have to pay this massive upkeep right?

Probably best, what i can do now, is start a new character...

with more weapon points you will still have to repair your items of that type, but the amount of times and the percentage of possible repairs decreases

You can't effect the armor's repair chance.

You will always have to deal with repairs. There will be seldom yet ugly times when all of your stuff will have to be repaired. Repair is simply one of the most important factors you have to be careful about. So try to use cheaper items. It doesn't necessarily mean that cheaper is worse.

* Use body armor with an armor rating of 30-40.
* Top it up with a helmet which also features 30-40 defense.
* Get cheap gloves like mail mittens and boots like eastern lamellar greaves.
* Try to use a weapon with around 500ish upkeep rate.

With this gear setup. You will still slowly earn gold even if you don't get to enjoy frequent waves of multi.
