They said maintenance, but I think EU 1 is the one in need of it.

EU_1 just got empty, 23:30 on a monday...
And there are no Strategus battles at the moment. 4 players on EU_3.

But 68 players on EU_2. What's so fun with siege nowadays or is it battles that has become less fun?

Bringing back EU_4 doesn't feel that neccessary anymore.

ranged, horse ranged and other stuff causing rage. you care less about ranged and there is no real cav on eu2. you also don't rage if you get killed some some rondel abusing ghey because you respawn. I managed a good 2-3 rounds today on eu1 before getting sick of it

But the boring thing about siege is the transportation part.
I can't stand the 30-60 seconds of walking after each respawn... it's so repetetive.
Siege is basically 90% transportation, 10% fights.

I don't understand how people can prefer that over battle.

Depends how well you play, siege can be a lot of fun sometimes if you do well, its the same with battle.
