the only way to have a lower pop than eu1 is to go to eu3  plus it's melee only, enjoy.

I pero wlly think test EU4 is à Nice server for those test got nowhere else to to , EU4 deels like à smaller community inside of cRPG itself with evrybody knieling Esch other and evrybody is was more relaxed than EU1 . I pero ally dont neer the server myself bug for the small groep that populaties it restore it to iTS former flora!!!!!!! Fuck auto correct.

Last time EU4 went down, it was because we tried to craft a siege machine which crashed the server. Perhaps something similar happened?

Ok. Is there a certain person in charge of having an eye on the server? Maybe we can spam that person with PMs 
In case its a financial issue we could without problems raise whatever is needed for another 6 months at least I guess. As far as I know hosting a server doesnt cost a lot, hosted some myself for various games.
