Camels would be very good for Strategus. They could give a speed bonus on desert lands.

I am in for camels! Why the hell not?.. Goats would be too much of a joke, but if we have donkeys and samurai, why not include camels? There are many Middle Eastern players, and lots of weapons/armors to fit the style.

After the arab conquest, most of the transport of good was made with camels. That's why, these countries let their roman road disapear and never used the wheel.
Camels were the ONLY way to carry goods  in all the muslim world (except by boats, of course).
Camels were essential and a way of life for many men.

It can be so great to see camels implemented at the game (if i'm not wrong, i have seen a singleplayer mod of Mount & Blade Warband where i have seen camels and war elephants, i think the name of the mod is Floris, or Native Expansion...)
