Seems like a contradictory policy to me.  You allowed FCC to stage in your lands to march into ours, and then protect them when they retreat back into your lands.

Its not contradictory at all. We apply the same rules to all parties involved. Your more than welcome to move armies into our lands for 'trading' then attack FCC outside it and retreat back into ours. Its a very consistent system. I think perhaps you used the wrong word there.

If harboring war criminals and murderous factions who retreat into your lands is Raven policy, then I guess we'll have to abide by it.

Propaganda and here-say. Consult the other thread for more info into how much we value your opinion on our policies.

FCC is our enemy.  You know that, we know that.  They sent multiple armies through your lands, into ours.  One of them turned around and headed back into your lands after we were in pursuit.  There's no propaganda or here-say.

I wouldn't expect Raven to stop FCC (or anyone else) from passing through their lands peacefully.  But when they send hostile armies into our lands, I would expect that those armies are no longer considered peaceful traders.  So you're essentially saying that you will allow FCC to stack your borders with us, and they can skirmish in our lands and run back to the safety of Raven lands.  I wouldn't call that a neutral stance.

Once someone establishes themselves as a hostile war party, they should no longer be offered your protections.  Safe harboring war parties is not a neutral stance.

They don't stack our borders with armies. Ive seen 3 use our area in the last week and all stopped in our castles/villages for buying/selling. This is a argument over nothing now. The entire area around Malayurg castle/Tash Kulun village is closed to all non-Raven/Dracul traffic until further notice and Hospitaller access has been revoked and warned not to approach again.

Also this has been handled diplomatically by Turboflex and Hospitaller leadership. Further comments are unneeded.

Glad our leaders have it worked out but I think your "completely neutral" stance is not neutral, and is a lazy way to enforce your borders.  Your policies allow for war parties to attack people outside your borders, and then run for cover to your borders when they are pursued.

Amazingly non of the stuff you are talking about has happened. We pass thru on trade missions and go to our city. We have not attacked anyone and run back into raven lands. chesty never left the raven zone of influence.

Actually it is completely neutral. If we took action against FCC on your behalf than we would be siding with you and thus ending our neutrality. If we give both sides equal rights on what they can or cannot do in our territory, then we are neutral. You can't have your bar fight inside the bar, you either take it outside or don't come in at all. Simple.

Completely related side note here: Frisia hates FCC more than anybody (I believe the feeling is rather mutual), and even they dont attack FCC inside our borders.

I am pretty sure the basic idea of Neutrality is "We don't care what is going on between you two.  Just don't attack each other in our land."

Your argument is like claiming we support gang violence because we didn't call the police when a man wearing a wife beater walks down our street.

Somewhat unrelated and a wild accusation.

Just to point out as well.  No one is stopping you from doing the same thing, use our land as a shield if you wish.  Just do not use it as a military advancement.

One correction - chesty never actually entered hospitaller lands - the only one who entered was me from ravens lands and I went straight to ichamur.  No one made aggression and then "retreated" into their lands.  he took a  bunch of my gear to get me down to 0 crates after he had already sold all his goods in ravens lands and then started heading back to our lands without ever leaving ravens territory.  So yeah what you are saying is propaganda and hearsay.  He was sitting idle in ravens lands when ll attacked him and was already marching northeast when hospitallers attacked him even deeper in ravens lands.
