4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. This guy came in DTV (NA_7) and started saying useless shit such as ''this mod sucks'' and then started teamhitting like crazy. He even killed one guy and then got kicked after 5 hits.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Because he's mad that he sucks at this game

As a side note, street justice is not the best way (nor is it a rule abiding way) of handling these kinds of problems in DTV. If there is no admin on, please go to battle and type in "I" chat to inform an admin of the situation. They will come and handle it.
