I am afraid, that a photographic evidence is needed, when confronting a female outside of it's natural internet habitat - facebook, tweeter, etc. A timestamped genitalia is, of course, an undisputedly preferred method of proving gender, but as it is a gaming forum, a pair of boobies would do just fine.
