Um nothing? You gave him a fief, so it was his, in the end, to do what he pleases with it. Sounds just like legit tactics. Looms aren't worth shit, really, if you're like me and a high gen(30), so loompoints are worth whatever you want them to be.
As for the bank, he had access, so he can do whatever he wanted, technically, since he has access to the bank.

He had to manage it for a few days He was lord barely 2 days then he transferred.
