    I don't see how could this have any influence of his decisions and behavior as an administrator. Each person has an individual profile of characteristics, disregard their socio-cultural background, beliefs or sexual orientation.

    I have no problem believing he would easily punish any of his clanmates if it would come to that necessity. The same way I would punish any nordmen who decided to break the rules.
