No. This is a bannable offense. Giving away the flag without fighting, or being passive while others fight is both a reason for kicking or ban if a severe case.

I can remember what happened there. But i know Byrdi for being a nice guy.
If you would have told him to help you (or QQQ-voice-command), im sure he would've helped.
But there were less than 8 players on when it happened - so maybe he thought that everyone would agree on duels since there was no multiplier anyway - and therefor no winning or losing team (thats btw. what i was thinking).
Still, not helping teammates sucks and i can understand you're beeing pissed about that.
BUT i don't see a reason for a ban here - also because this was a one time-event.
Tho a warning would be appropriate.
There were around 15 people on the server. Some had died and some hadn't respawned, so multiplier was running. Look at screenshot. Why would i have to ask for help? We're on the same team, we're all trying our best to win except Byrdi who just stands there next to the enemy calling me a coward.
I wanted to fight the guy on my own. So when the OP came by I stepped back, I didnt want him to get in my or ruin the fight.
Then the coward backed away as well, first I thought it was because he was letting us fight, but apparently it wasn't since he attacked right after in an attempt to gank him
If not wanting to gank on a low pop server where it is clear that one team (your own) is going to win is bannable; then go ahead and ban me.
Also Aegor and another HRE was trash talking me the whole time because they were butthurt that I "spammed" them.
I think this is what this ban thread is mostly about.
I helped you cause i wanted to win the round. And if you want to call a farmer a coward cause not standing to fight a plated guy that's fine for me but i had to do it anyways seeing as you ran away after 15 seconds just standing there watching. With a suprise i won the battle and moved on to Fin which you ran next to time while he came for me.

And i never trashed talked about you spamming. I never got to fight you, altough i trashed talked you about being a prick just standing there like a complete arse.
