2. Name of offending character(s) lilly_lefluer(not sure how you spell it with an l I or 1)
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible 8:30 A.M. CST NA 1
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.  It was the end of the round and me and lilly_lefluer were the last ones left. Well he turned around and threw a throwing spear to my face, and said LOL.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. I think he did it because he thought it would be funny.

If the lilly cannot be identified perhaps banning them all would be a solution :P

Well I had this discussion before with the other NA admins and here was the general result

Right now There are still four active existing lilly_lefluer so they all receive a 25hr ban
