I confirmed last night (in a strat battle no less) that the OP is wrong (or lying).  You can still chamber a weapon with your fists.

The Frisians were pretty low on weapons last night in their village defense of Sumbuja.  So a few of us were constantly running weapons back to our weapon pile.  We were taking risks by not running to the front with weapons.  One of these runs the enemy was advancing and I didn't have time to retreat before encountering a pikeman.  I was unarmed, as he thrusted at me I tried to chamber (instinctively, didn't think of this thread) and as soon as I chambered his thrust with my fists, I remembered this thread and what a filthy scum liar the OP is.

Fucker lied about fists no longer being able to chamber attacks.  I confirmed last night that you still can (didn't set out to prove him wrong, I found myself unarmed and the only move I had to try and survive was to try and chamber a stab, which I did successfully in NA3 during a strat battle)

erm , I didn't check this thread since I made it, but any of you guys saying I'm lying go to eu 1 and try to fist chamber. It definatly dosnt work atm, I don't know about na ofc and seeing as the ones calling me a liar are mostly na, I think its safe to assume it still works over there.

It works on NA3 I know, which should have the same settings as NA1...I know sometimes the EU servers and NA have differences in game mechanics...should be pretty easy to test, it's not that hard to chamber a pike/long spear/heavy lance type of thrusting weapon (if they stab straight forward without feinting or wiggling).

How do you know it's not working on EU servers (EU1 or 3 would be my only concern really)?

I tried it with kastu on eu 1 and 3, if you dnt know kastu/massasin he was/is chambering god and he couldn't do it either so I think its different on eu thn na.
