Bring Back the Sun 2.0

YOU need to tweak the day/night pattern for NA servers. Nothing but night map after night map. Realism is paramount here. Day is longer than night and historically most battles were fought in the daytime. Tweak the pattern bring back the sun!!! I'm serious please don't ignore this. All these night maps are ruining my fun and I'm playing less and less because of it.

Edit: There is fix below :P

It's the dusk / dawn maps that get me, for some reason it makes things even harder to see on my screen.

Way too much night, rain and fog in cRPG. Don't mind weather effects if kept at a reasonable level.

Lol seriously after playing cRPG one would have to conclude that all medieval battles took place in the worst possible weather conditions. You think William Wallace really died from beheading? Nope, he really died from lightening strike on the battlefield. Long sword was too long.

My UU key is broken incase you can't tell :D

I remember making a clientside day-only adjustment for testing. Not using it of course (because DX7 master race). Bids start at 10kk.

10kk from me!
people are like potatoes, they come in different shapes and sizes and they all are beautifull
masturbating while looking in a mirror isnt wrong unless its the rear view mirror and you are driving a school buss.

it doesnt matter if you are happiest person or an unfortunate weeper, a powerfull beast or a terrifying creature. we are all equal, in the eyes of the reaper.

That be MEGAGOLD I believe.
I find the idea of defending someone who isn't been violently raped unacceptable on moral grounds.

well, remember the last "less night battles" petition - like 1.5 years ago?

that worked well.

One more thread like this, and they delete the sunsprite from the game...

and yes, I am fucking done with those night fights as well, my gamma slider hurts already
Hermit Status report : feeling a little social. Threatening melee my old friends with a comeback. Greasing the string of his old longbow. Carving certain names into the tips of his arrows...

Go to Mount&Blade Warband >module>crpg>data, open "skyboxes" text-file (skybox.txt) and copy the lines (only the numbers) from skybox_clearday and paste it over the numbers from the skybox_night lines.

Voila, never ever night again! I use this since 2011 and posted it here and in the nditions forums years ago, but people seem to forget or simply not use things. I also forget which folk told me how it works (I didn't figure it out by myself, credit goes to some anonymous guy).

Thank me later, now giev money

I give you a plus now and test later, okay ?
