I nudged Closer while he was aiming, maybe I shouldn't have done that, but he teamkills me on purpose after that, calls me a fucking idiot and keeps raging at me. Later he dies and starts a kick poll against me, claiming I am standing behind him on purpose. It was the battle on ice map and we were hiding behind the ship. Where else would I stand? In the middle of the field? The kick goes through and now I'm mad. The end.
Oh yeah, he also wanted to make a ban thread for me because I nudged him even though he teamkilled me....

I confirm, Closer teamkilled him, attempted to banpoll and argued that if he'd ever stay behind him again, he'd just keep teamkilling him

Hm.. I had this same situation, I nudged Kratos 3 times and he reported me. I got one day ban because of noob-admin. He said I tked him, but i just nudged him. 2 Days ban would be good, but I dont want to be on anyone side. You can add that he was insulting you more than one time.

Okay, don't nudge people while they are reloading or aiming, it's considered griefing and if Merc_Closer is posting a ban-thread for you, you might get banned as well. For now, all you get is a warning.
But anyway, one nudge does not justify a teamkill (nothing does) and a rage-poll right afterwards.

Merc_Closer banned for 1 day.
