If you go with the Pike I would say 6 or 7 Powerstrike minimum. Though the damage is pierce it still only does 26dmg. That being said, I've seen Ozymandus tearing it up with a pike using a 9 athletics build so who knows .

15/24 is the way to go for agi poles. YOu can still use good weapons/armor then.

Also, with stab weapons like a pike going 12/27 it works fine.
You don't need power strike to poke people. You shouldn't glance with a pierce/blunt weapon over 25 damage unless you have 0 PS and the enemy is wearing plate. ...With that being said, Always get Power strike. You want to not even chance a glance, and do more damage. If you can kill a guy in 2 pokes, that is better than 4 pokes.  Lol.

Also, I have declared myself #1 NA hybrid thrower
Formerly known as Marathon.
As an NA admin, I am the most laid back and concerned with the ~fun of the game~ above all other factors. I've also been super inactive since Summer 2012. University takes most of my time, but I still find some time to play when i can.

I'm a bigger fan of PS than WM and athletics. I think the first one will make you a bit more effective. It boils down to preference. Athletics will make you a much better dueler, but PS will make you clean up in a mob. The question remains: do you want to be more tankish or a duelist?
So with PT >10 stones become simple too effective

I considered the 12/27 too, but I want to try some poleaxes, like Great Axe too, OR a swing pierce weapon like Bec De Corbin!
I think Ill be better with the then if I get more PS right? Although they have REALLY high damage, must consider the difficulty.
I'm really thinking on 18/21... but still in doubt, can I use poleaxes fine with 15/24? I like to change weapons depending on map/team/need/fun

I have a lot of doubts on the weight and its pros/cons, how much is the max total I must weight? Can I use a 9.5weight robe, or is better to stick with the 4w ones?
1 or 2ws on the helmet and boots will do that much difference?

Right now I'm trying the Cavalry Robe and the Sarranid Leather Armor (don't seen much difference on speed), with the Sarranid Keffiyeh Helmet (felt no difference from Skullcap), Rus Cavalry Boots and Leather Gloves (thinkin on get some better ones).
And poking with the Pike, I miss a lot, think is because of my ping =/
I see people poking a lot better then me... but they must be a lot higher level too.

And my char is actually Lvl 19 at 12/14
Polearm 124
(Traded 4 Skill for 2 Attributes)
Iron Flesh    4
Power Strike 4
Athletics 4
Weapon Master 4

Well, I would like to be a duelist, but I'm more successful helping the team, poking from the back, and hitting with the Iron Staff when I must, alone I always loose
I've seen to have poor notion of profundity LOL, don't know exactly the distance I should poke.

But I get some kills

I decide to make diferent.

Now I'm:
Age39 [24]
Kills 43 Deaths 214 Rank#11998

Strength    15
Agility    17

Polearm    139

Iron Flesh    4
Power Strike 5
Athletics 5
Weapon Master 5

And will be like this at the end:

    Strength: 21
    Agility: 18
    Hit points: 70

    Skills to attributes: 6

    Ironflesh: 7
    Power Strike: 7
    Athletics: 6
    Weapon Master: 6

    Polearm: 157

I'm using the Long Spear (old Pike) and the Bec de Corbin or Iron Staff, still wanna try the Pole Axes (and/or Hafted Blades).
Sarranid Mail Shirt, Sarranid Mail Boots, Sarranid Keffiyeh Helmet and Mail Gauntlets, but I'm thinking on wear more heavy armor with this build.

What do you guys think, better then before?

That's a fine build if you are going for level 31 and don't plan on retiring anymore. You could also consider an 18/21 build if you prefer movement speed.

Remember that the poleaxes take 16 strength (17 for the normal poleaxe) to use, so they necessitate at least 18 strength in your build (no point in stopping at just 16 or 17).

Yeah!
I think I'm going for 21/18, I rather kill in less blows then become the flash
Cause I've been reading that strength is far more effective then agility, but maybe I use this char to test 21 agi, my main char is lvl 31 1h/shielder(buckler) 18/18, and I'll already invest in more strength on his next gen.
I see no point on be a 18/18 (except with cav or hybrid, when you have to spend no more skills then dedicated, and better, builds), some skill MUST go to attributes.
No point on have a non 3 multiple on attributes too, so at least 6 skill points must become 3 attributes on every build :P

(I will create a lot of chars in the future, next will be a Cav, then an Archer, LOVE THIS GAME!) :D

I still have a looot of doubts about what armor wear, recommended total weight for different builds, and things like these :P

Thank you guys!
