Wow, I must try out this one.If it works out well, I think I found the ultimate alternative to junk food. I only need something to snack and snack on anyway, I don't really mind if it's an apple one lol.
I am on a cut, I even had to drop my cal intake to 2000 because I was gaining weight. I work out daily (about 1 hour) with 5 times strength and 2 times a cardio training. It doesn't seem like I am particularly hungry or tired with this diet and I have a steady and healthy weight loss rate.
But most importantly...stay freaking clean.Berenger having a dead person as an avatar makes me laugh...this idiot being praised as a hero on the net.
He was a hero! And now he's god's personal trainer. True story. Forever in our hearts. If i could've just found a better pic of him flexing i'd get it.
I love eating and I also like to eat a lot of snacks betweeen meals, thats the main reason why I'm going to the gym. I dont wanna get fat and I dont wanna stop eating, its a good tradeoff. I also tried some of these healthy snacks for some time but meh... nothing like popcorn, crisps and similar stuff. I also like carrots and stuff but its just not the same. If you're used to driving a muscle car and then switch to a weak one you are still driving a car but its just not the same.
